the operator · replies & commitments

Every reply drafted.Every promise dated.

A reply comes in — to a pitch we sent, or forwarded by you. It's recorded verbatim, a reply is drafted in your voice, and you send it. Every promise in the thread lands on a ledger with its date, and surfaces the day it's due.

How replies work.

01

Two doors in

Replies to our pitches arrive at our sending domain. Anything else you forward — an email, or a Slack message starting 'reply from'. We never read your mailbox.

02

Recorded verbatim, drafted in your voice

What they wrote, exactly. Then a draft: acknowledge what they said, answer with what's on file, one next step. You send it from your address.

There is no code path that sends a reply. 'Sent', 'redraft' or 'drop' are the only words.

03

The commitment ledger

'I'll send the deck Thursday.' 'We'll have numbers by end of week.' Every promise with a time in it — yours, ours, theirs — extracted, dated from the message, tracked until you say 'done'.

Patterns and dates by code. No model decides what was promised.

04

Follow-ups on time

A pitch with no reply gets its first follow-up after seven days and its second after fourteen, from the follow-ups drafted with the pitch. Never a third.

Anyone who replied is warm and never enters a cold sequence. Nobody touched in ninety days is pitched cold again.

05

The pre-call brief

Say 'call with acme.com Thursday'. That morning: who they are in their own words, a pricing signal from their site, what they've written to you, open commitments both ways, the objections heard this month, what you can say and back.

One page. Read from their public pages under the same rules as the check.

06

Due today, in the digest

Overdue and due-today commitments appear in the daily digest and the memo, with who owes them. 'done: sent the deck' closes the nearest one.

Beyond the replies & commitments. The whole operator.

Trackers surface the gap and stop. This is one loop — find, produce, place, verify — with the memo on Monday and one decision at a time.

Questions, answered plainly.

No. Replies are yours to send; we draft. That is a decision, not a setting.
